If you make a booking through our site or mobile, we guarantee that you will always be reimbursed in full if:

  • You raise the issue with us within 24 hours of the booking beginning, and
  • Your parking spot is unavailable at the date and time of your agreement, or
  • The parking spot address or description is significantly incorrect, or
  • Your vehicle does not fit.

How to report an issue

  1. Login to your dashboard and select the ‘Options > Report Issue’ button.
  2. Explain the issue in as much detail as possible e.g. inaccurate description, the space was too small.
  3. Provide any photographic evidence, receipts or statutory declarations to assist the investigation.
  4. Depending on the situation and timing of the issue, we will confirm whether you are eligible for a refund or not.

Please note:

Alternative parking costs, parking tickets, towing charges and other fines are not included as part of this guarantee

The cost of alternative or replacement transport is not included in this guarantee.
